What makes my gunpowder and fuse art unique from many other forms of art is that it is the most instantaneous way of capturing a moment , expression, or feeling.
A photograph is close perhaps. That is why I shoot so much.
But with my gunpowder art, in a brief flash my feelings and expressions are captured.
The moment is uncertain and fleeting. A fragment.
The experience lasts.
My explosive art is incredibly personal.
I light the fuse and the explosion distills everything I have seen, lived and felt into a single panel.
