Pop Gunpowder Artist Stick Vega To Release First Book

The American Gunpowder Artist, Stick Vega,  will release "Less Killing" in early 2015.
Stick worked on the art/essay book over the past two years.

"Less Killing" is a continuation of Vega's mission:  The more gunpowder I use, the less there is for killing people.

Vega said, "I hope it tells an explosive story, both figuratively and literally. Readers will have a blast with the images."

The book includes a number of artworks made by Vega, from his sketches  to his masterpieces. Along with images of his explosions and up close work at The Blast Factory are the stories behind the man and his art.

"I've spent a few years preparing this work, it's a blast to present it in a cool, curated fashion", continued Stick.

Grammy winning producer and musician, Butch Vig is slated to write the foreword. The book will be published by Sceneday, LLC.
